George Stedfast

George joined Insight Property Group in 2025 as a Senior Analyst on the Development and Acquisitions team. In this role, he supports the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new development opportunities and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Insight, George spent nearly four years at Berkadia on the Mid-Atlantic Conventional Debt and Structured Finance team, where he supported the closing of more than 35 transactions totaling over $950 million in financing across the capital stack. While his primary focus was on the multifamily asset class, his experience spanned properties along the East Coast and across various stages of the asset lifecycle.

George earned a double major in Finance and Real Estate from Virginia Tech and is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in the executive format. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through golfing, running, swimming, and biking, and loves spending time outdoors. He is also a passionate fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Virginia Tech football.
