Kayley Duval

Kayley Duval is a Senior Asset Manager at Insight Property Group, focused on maximizing operational performance, overseeing property-level business plans, partnering with third-party property management teams, and contributing to acquisition and disposition activities.

Prior to Insight Property Group, Kayley served as Senior Asset Manager at Howard Hughes Communities in Columbia, Maryland, where she contributed to portfolio-level oversight of an 18-asset, 6,000-unit multifamily portfolio. Kayley began her career at B.F. Saul Company & Affiliates in Bethesda, where she spent eight years supporting residential operations and development.

Kayley holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Infrastructure from Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Organizational Leadership from Brevard College.
