Patrick Sullivan

Patrick Sullivan is a Director at Insight Property Group, where he is responsible for sourcing and capitalizing new development and acquisition opportunities. His focus is on driving Insight’s strategic growth by identifying investments where Insight is uniquely positioned to execute and add value.

Throughout his career, Patrick has been a key driver in the acquisition, development, recapitalization, and disposition of assets totaling more than $2.2 billion. His expertise spans a broad range of asset classes—including multifamily, mixed-use, office, and industrial.

Patrick combines a relationship-driven approach with disciplined financial analysis to support sound investment decisions.

Prior to joining Insight, Patrick spent 10 years at MRP Realty. He served as a Senior Vice President, leading acquisitions across asset classes throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. During his tenure at MRP, he also co-managed a portfolio of more than 4,000 multifamily units and was involved in the asset management of more than 3.6 million square feet of office and industrial assets.

Patrick began his career at The McLean Group, focusing on M&A in the aerospace, defense, and government services industries.

Patrick earned a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from the University of Virginia, where he was also a member of the Swimming & Diving Team.
